Cancellation Policy

You retain full control over your recurring interactions with our ecosystem. If you are enrolled in a recurring monthly patronage circle or subscription-tiered digital program, you may modify or cancel your recurring contribution at any time. To stop upcoming automated transactions, click into your member profile dashboard and execute a cancellation, or submit a written cancellation request directly to admin@hearthelddance.org at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Once processed, no further financial charges will be initiated, and your account tier will adjust to the baseline layout at the expiration of the current paid billing cycle.
