Refund Policy

As a registered non-profit organization, all voluntary donations, founding patron partnerships, and philanthropic financial contributions made to Heart Held Dance Inc are immediate and non-refundable. For the acquisition of digital training materials, online resources, or educational workshop enrollments, all sales are final upon delivery of digital access. In the exceptional event of a technical software conflict, an unlinked processing error, or an inadvertent double-transaction, please submit your transaction ID to admin@hearthelddance.org within 14 days of the charge. Our administrative queue will evaluate the issue manually and execute corrections or adjustments where appropriate.
